Imported Cheese, Please

Consider a selection of our high-end imported cheeses, such as Italian Stravecchio Parmigiano, a dry crumbly cheese that’s just as tasty eaten out of hand as it is grated. Perhaps add a taste of Stilton, Britain’s most popular blue cheese, and finish with French Montrachet Chevre, a soft, creamy goat cheese with a mild tang.

1855 Pork Tenderloin

The leanest and most tender cut of pork is often roasted, but it’s also great on the grill! Your butcher can tell you how to prepare a perfect 1855 Premium Pork Roast.

Lamb

Rub our tender chops with oregano or rosemary, salt and pepper, and a little olive oil just before grilling. Baby lamb chops cook quickly—just a few minutes on each side is all it takes!

PGA Beef - Great on the Grill!

We’re proud to offer natural, Premium Gold Angus beef, the highest quality beef available at an affordable price. PGA cattle are famous for their tender, flavorful, well-marbled meat. You can season the most tender cuts—T-Bone, strip, top loin, tenderloin (filet), rib eye, top sirloin and chuck top blade—with just a rub of dried herbs right before grilling. Marinate less tender cuts—flank, skirt, top round, and chuck shoulder—in the refrigerator for at least six hours, or overnight, before grilling.

PGA Filet Mignon

The short end of the tenderloin yields the most tender medallions of meat. Talk to our butchers about the best way to prepare this most coveted cut of beef.

PGA Rib Eye Steak

Coming from the center of the rib and prized as one of the juiciest, most tender and flavorful cuts of beef, our highly marbled PGA rib eyes are thick-cut for grilling.
